Welcome to Bliss Salon & Spa. By scheduling an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Booking and Reservations

Appointments can be booked via our website, telephone, or WhatsApp. We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time slot and therapist are available.

• For group bookings or premium packages, a card authorization or partial advance payment may be required.
• Your booking is confirmed only when you receive an SMS, Call, or WhatsApp confirmation from our team.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We value your time and our therapists' schedules. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations (less than 4 hours before the appointment) may incur a 50% service fee on your next visit.
• No-shows without any notice will be flagged, and advance payment will be mandatory for all future bookings.

3. Arrival and Etiquette

Please arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete any intake consultation forms and transition into a relaxed state.

• Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment duration to ensure the next guest is not delayed. The full treatment price will still apply.
• To maintain a tranquil environment for all guests, mobile phones must be switched to silent mode upon entering the spa.

4. Health and Medical Conditions

It is your responsibility to inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, physical injuries, or pregnancy prior to the start of your treatment.

Bliss Spa is not liable for any adverse reactions to therapies if health conditions were not fully disclosed beforehand.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on our menu are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable government taxes will be added at checkout.

We accept Cash, major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and authorized digital wallets.

6. Personal Belongings

Locker facilities are provided for your comfort. However, Bliss Spa is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal valuables or jewelry left unattended on our premises.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
